The famous red color on the bottom of every pair of shoes – even if we are not lucky enough to own a pair of the incredibly gorgeous Christian Louboutin shoes, we know this designer.
Louboutin is a privately held company that makes about a million pairs of shoes a year, and has made its partners rich enough to do just about anything they want. And they decided to branch out with nail polish and a dazzling launching this month of 39 shades of lipstick. Branding is everything to this company, so lipstick is packaged in a case that they describe as “made to be stolen.”
We celebrate Fashion Friday, by celebrating one of the great designers of our era. If you cannot afford Louboutin on your feet, perhaps one of their signature colors on your lips will give you a glow:
